Terms and Conditions
1. In case the person who ordered is not the organizer of the event, both of them are liable as debtors.
2. A change of number of the participants for the event must be transmitted at the latest 48 hours before the event starts. Otherwise the ordered number of restaurant meals must be paid.
3. The organizer is liable for any payment of additional ordered beverages or food by the participants.
4. In case of damage, destruction or loss of inventory during an event, the organizer is totally liable without guilt evidence. The putting-up of decorations is only allowed after having asked us. For loss and damage of objects brought by the guests we are not liable. Decorations need to be in accordance with the standards set by police and fire brigade. Decorations brought by the organizer must be collected 12 hours after the end of the event.
5. If any of our technical equipment placed to your disposal by us should happen to not work properly we will put all our effort into solving the problem. However a reduction of payment for reasons like this is not possible.
6. The bringing of food and beverages is only allowed if arranged with us in advance and if given a written permission through the management.
7. The organizer is in charge of the insurance of brought displayed objects. For loss or damage of displayed objects the Hotel cannot be hold responsible.
8. Optional dates are binding on both parties. However the hotel has the right to let the rooms and locations to other parties after the optional dates have expired.
9. In case of force majeure (fire, strike, etc…) the Hotel reserves to repudiate from this contract.
10. Our amount invoiced is payable without any discount within
10 days of the bill´s date.
11. If you cancel meetings or rooms the following amounts will be charged depending on how long in advance the cancelling happen:
| Up to 40 days before the event: | no costs |
| 39 to 30 days before the event: | 50% of the settled payment |
| 29 to 14 days: | 60% of the settled payment |
| 13 to 7 days: | 75% of the settled payment |
| 6 to 0 days: | 100% of the settled payment |
However if we manage to let the rooms to someone else you will not be charged at all.
12. We reserve the right to ask for an initial payment. The booking will only be kept up if this payment gets settled in time.

Hier einige sehr wichtige Informationen vorab:
Für den Aufenthalt gelten folgende Bestimmungen der deutschen Behörden: Sie müssen einen vollständig abgeschlossenen Impfzyklus (14 Tage müssen zur zweiten Impfung zurücklegen) oder die Bescheinigung einer Genesung von einer Covid-19-Erkrankung vorweisen, die nicht länger als sechs Monate zurückliegen darf. Alternativ müssen Sie einen negativen Test vorweisen, der nicht älter als 24 Stunden ist.
Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt auch unser Sicherheitskonzept, das die Hygienemassnahmen, Abstandsregeln etc. beinhaltet. Das PDF können Sie sich über diesen Link downloaden.

Zimmerbuchungen sind aktuell bis 7 Tage vor Reiseantritt für Sie kostenfrei stornierbar. Diese Regelung gilt für Buchungen bis zum Anreisetag 01.10.2021.
Bei einer Corona-Erkrankung oder bei Quarantäne können Sie auch nach Nachweis einen Tag vor Anreise kostenfrei stornieren.
